The Mitchell Huth Memorial Fund
took part in the Colour Obstacle Rush, in Kempton Park racecourse, London for the first time this year.
Two of our fundraisers, and three supporters applied for participation and between them managed to raise £228.75.
Team Mitchell went to witness their efforts and what a great job they did!
We want to help our fundraisers by giving them challenges for all different abilities and the beauty of the Colour Rush is that you don’t have to run it! You can walk, jog, and take as long as you need whilst jumping through coloured powder and tackling the inflatables.
The course is 5km and was completed in just over an hour by the group and of course, they came back covered in powder!
The obstacles included space hoppers, rolling under nets in powder, jumping on bouncy castles, running across inflatables whilst balls are thrown at you, and going up and down the giant slide!
Our fundraiser, Jade, managed to jog some of the course and walk the rest of it as the sun was beating down. The group stuck together and waited for each other as they took on the obstacles and received their Colour Obstacle Run medals at the end as well as a Mitchell Huth charity medal from us as a thank you.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Jade, Liana, Dean, Russell and Anne for choosing our charity to raise money for and for all your support.
