Children's cancer charity Neuroblastoma - North Ockendon

We are delighted and honoured to have been running this children’s cancer charity, Mitchell’s Miracles, since 2013. Over that time, we have been able to offer support and assistance to many families, across Havering, Essex and the rest of the UK. The foundation of this children’s charity is made up of a wonderful set of trustees, sponsors and a Patron, without whom none of this would be possible. Because of their commitment to raising awareness (and funds) about childhood cancer Neuroblastoma, we are able to continue this amazing work.

How we’re supporting children with Neuroblastoma in North Ockendon

Helping families is what we do; we offer emotional support and financial grants. Assisting in these ways means that families have one less thing to worry about and can instead focus on what really matters. Taking care of their child and themselves. By raising vital funds to support families (emotionally and financially), we try to offer a lifeline to help families stay afloat and survive their journey.

Would you like to get involved?

Mitchell’s Miracles offer many ways in which you can get involved and support our efforts. Making a financial gift, in the memory of someone you have lost, can be a valuable and positive way to celebrate their life. If you would like friends and family to make a donation to Mitchell’s Miracles, in lieu of flowers, your funeral director can help you arrange this. If you would like to help in this way, please use the CAF form.

Did you know, there are four important types of treatment that are used in the treatment of neuroblastoma? They are: surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Find out more about Neuroblastoma.
