Supporting a children’s charity, like Mitchell’s Miracles, provides us with the funds to do what we do best; support families affected by Neuroblastoma a rare form of childhood cancer. If we are to continue raising awareness of this rare condition, save lives and assist families with emotional and financial support, we desperately require your help.

Live appeals

​You can directly support a family in need by taking on one of our fundraising ideas or by making a direct donation to one of our families. Whatever you decide, your contribution will be immensely helpful. To find out more go to our live appeals page.
​Our financial grants are given directly to families who are supporting a child battling with Neuroblastoma, the childhood cancer. When a child is diagnosed, life can be turned upside down. Many parents stop working to be with their child and a grant can help families with travel costs (to and from hospital) utility bills, loss of income from employment and hospital food costs.
​​If you’d prefer to get involved by using a little less effort, why not consider one of these following ways in which you can fundraise for our charity.

Any gift you purchase, will be delivered straight to our office, for us to pass on.

Easyfundraising will turn your daily shopping into every day magic with over 7,000 partners who will donate part of what you spend to Mitchell's Miracles. It won't cost you any extra. The cost is covered by the brand.

​Are you looking to support a UK children’s charity? Fancy the idea of fundraising and growing the profile of Neuroblastoma childhood cancer? Well, you have come to the right place and we are ready to support your fundraiser from start to finish. No experience is required. 

All you’ll need is a desire to help, a big smile and time to commit to hosting an event or raising funds. Here are just a few ideas of how you can raise money: 

● Do a sponsored body wax, walk, run or swim
● Organise a quiz night at your local pub, hall or in your garden
​● Bake a cake day, at work, with friends or with family
● Hold a coffee/tea morning at work, with friends or with family
● Ask your child's school to do a yearly collection
● Have a BBQ party and hold your own raffle 
● Shave off your hair
● Hold a monthly or quarterly dress down day at work
​● Install one of our collection buckets in your reception area at work​.

VOLUNTEER FOR MITCHELL'S MIRACLES
Volunteering for Mitchell's Miracles is a wonderful way to help you get new skills, connect with new people and gain valuable experience that you can take into your future employment. It will also give you a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment that you have been a part of an amazing children's cancer charity.

DONATING UNWANTED GIFTS INTO CASH

​If you are wondering what to do with your unwanted books, CDs, games and DVD’s, consider donating to our charity, and we will use these for our Raffle prizes, tombola's, and even sell them on Ebay to make a cash donation.  

COLLECTION BUCKETS

Holding a charity collection bucket for our children’s charity, Mitchell's Miracles, is a great way to support our cause by doing very little. Some ideas of where our charity buckets can be located include: offices, schools, shop counters, public houses, restaurants and events. Our charity collection buckets are super secure, tamper proof, have a security chain and QR Code for contactless giving. 

CORPORATE GIVING

Business philanthropy may seem a relatively new concept in the world of business, but corporate charitable giving has actually been around for some time. Corporate giving has the following benefits including:

GIFT IN WILLS

Raise money for Mitchell's Miracles by using Free Wills. If you are considering leaving a gift in your Will to a small children's cancer charity, consider supporting Mitchell's Miracles. By remembering our charity in this way, you’ll be ensuring that our amazing work, helping families affected by Neuroblastoma childhood cancer, continues for many years to come. An alternative way to add our charity to your Will is by using a codicil which is a document used to make changes to an existing Will.

BACKPACK APPEAL

When a child receives antibodies, they need to be hooked up to a pump and stay in hospital for up to a week. However, by having a small backpack, the pump (baby bottle sized) can fit inside allowing a child to have more freedom as opposed to pushing around a medicine stand. Having a backpack also means that a child can go home whilst the antibody is still being infused.
